Pixels Dojo is operated by Lizzyland, a company based in South Africa. We are a fan-operated wiki and community platform — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Pixels Online or Pixels.xyz.

2. Your Account

To contribute content or purchase merch, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information when registering
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content & Contributions

Pixels Dojo is a community wiki. When you submit content (articles, guides, comments, or other material), you:

• Confirm that you own the content or have the right to share it
• Grant Lizzyland a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the site
• Accept that your content may be edited, moderated, or removed by our team

You must not submit content that is false, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or in violation of any law. Spam, self-promotion without disclosure, and plagiarism are not permitted.

4. NFT Merch Service

Our NFT merch service allows verified Pixels Online NFT holders to print their NFTs on physical products. By using this service you confirm that:

• You are the legitimate owner of the NFT(s) you submit for printing
• You have the right to create physical reproductions of the NFT artwork
• You will not attempt to print NFTs you do not own
• You understand that pixel art images are upscaled and print quality may vary from the screen preview

We verify ownership via your connected Ronin wallet. Attempting to circumvent this verification is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account suspension.

All sales are final once an order has been sent to print. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

5. Merch Store — General Purchases

For general merch purchases (non-NFT products):

• Prices are displayed in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method.
• Orders are fulfilled by Printful. Delivery times vary by location — typically 5–15 business days.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
• We do not accept returns for change-of-mind on print-on-demand items as they are made specifically for you.
• South African customers may pay via PayFast (card or EFT). Crypto payments are accepted via Helio.

6. Intellectual Property

The Pixels Dojo name, logo, and site design are owned by Lizzyland. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Pixels Online game assets, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them for informational and fan community purposes under fair use. If you are a rights holder with a concern, please contact us.

Wiki content contributed by community members remains the intellectual property of the original authors, shared under the terms in Section 3.

7. Cryptocurrency & Blockchain

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you pay with USDC, USDT, or other digital assets, we cannot issue refunds to a crypto wallet once a transaction is confirmed on-chain. Please double-check all wallet addresses and amounts before confirming any transaction.

Crypto asset values fluctuate. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from exchange rate changes between the time of order and payment confirmation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce site content without permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Attempt to print or claim ownership of NFTs you do not own
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code

9. Limitation of Liability

Pixels Dojo is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific outcomes from using the site. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Lizzyland is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Wiki content is written by community members. While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of information on the site. Always verify important game information from official sources.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date. Continued use of Pixels Dojo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
