๐ŸŽจ Print-on-Demand Production

Every item in the Pixels Dojo merch store is made to order. Your NFT design is printed specifically for you after you place your order โ€” we don't hold stock.

Production is handled by Printful, a global print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Once your order is submitted, Printful begins production and ships directly to you.

โฑ Production time: 2โ€“7 business days before your order ships. This is in addition to delivery time.

๐Ÿšš Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your country and the items in your cart.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict whether your order will be subject to additional charges. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Because every item is custom-printed with your NFT design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

To request a replacement or refund for a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first.

If your order is genuinely lost in transit, contact us and we will work with Printful to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Orders that show as delivered but are claimed as missing may require additional verification before a replacement is issued.

โŒ Order Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted and sent to Printful for production, it cannot be cancelled. Production begins quickly after payment is confirmed.

If you believe you made an error, contact us as soon as possible โ€” we may be able to cancel before production begins, but this cannot be guaranteed.

๐Ÿ“ Sizing

Size guides are available on each product page. All sizes are unisex โ€” when in doubt, size up. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before ordering as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection.
