Location: Barney's Farm (your starting location)

MEETING BARNEY

First NPC you meet: Barney will greet you at his farm.

Step 1: Avatar Customization

1. Barney allows you to alter your avatar appearance
2. Choose your look (you can change later)

Step 2: First Farming Lesson

You receive:

1. 1 Popberry seed
2. 1 Watering can
3. 1 Shears

Task: Plant and grow your first popberry

How to farm:

1. Click on empty soil
2. Select popberry seed
3. Water it (using watering can)
4. Wait for it to grow
5. Harvest with shears when ready

Reward after harvest: Barney gives you an Axe

LEARNING TO CHOP TREES

Step 3: Woodcutting Basics

Task: Cut down a tree

How:

1. Find a tree near Barney's farm
2. Click on tree
3. Use axe to chop (multiple clicks needed)
4. Tree falls, logs appear
5. Click logs to collect

After collecting logs: Talk to Barney again

MEETING MARGARET (BARNEY'S WIFE)

Step 4: Barney Sends You Inside

Task: Speak to Margaret (inside Barney's house)

Margaret teaches you:

1. How to use the stove

1. Click on stove
2. Add wood (logs you collected)
3. Fuels crafting
4. How to access recipes

1. Click on stove
2. Recipe book opens
3. Shows what you can make

3. How to make Popberry Jam

1. Select Popberry Jam recipe
2. Use your harvested popberry
3. Wait for crafting to complete

Crafting complete! You now have Popberry Jam.

BACK TO BARNEY - FINAL INSTRUCTIONS

Step 5: Return Outside to Barney

Barney's final instruction: Go to your Speck (personal home) and use the Infinifunnel to complete a task board order.
